Three partners, one address
The tower was announced at LIVEX 2026 and brings together three partners:
- TARAF, the boutique UAE developer and real estate division of Yas Holding, known for design-led residential projects.
- Mubadala Investment Company, the master developer of Al Maryah Island, which has shaped the island into Abu Dhabi's centre for finance, healthcare and luxury retail.
- Kerzner International, which develops and operates One&Only and Atlantis around the world.

The architecture
The One&Only Al Maryah tower rises about 230 metres across 44 floors, placed to look out over the Arabian Gulf, the canals around Al Maryah Island and the Abu Dhabi skyline.
